By booking and using Zoomeze Dog Play Zone, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Private Hire Facility

Zoomeze Dog Play Zone operates as a private hire indoor and outdoor dog play facility, meaning the centre is booked exclusively for your use during your allocated session. No other customers or dogs will be present during your booking time.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a key code for the front door lock within your booking confirmation email, which will allow access to the facility at your scheduled booking time.

For safety and security purposes, CCTV operates at all entry points and within communal areas of the centre.

Access to the outdoor play area is through the grey double doors located inside the facility. These doors will be unlocked for your session. Customers must ensure the doors are closed securely when leaving the outdoor area and at the end of their booking.

Unisex toilet facilities are available on site and are clearly signposted.

Customers must not enter any rooms or areas marked “Staff Access Only.” These areas include, but are not limited to, the kitchen and stairwell area.

Only the dogs included in your booking are permitted to use the facility.

2. Session Duration

Each booking provides 25 minutes of active play time within a 30-minute booking slot.

Customers must arrive at their allocated booking time and leave the play area after 25 minutes to allow sufficient time for safe exit and cleaning before the next booking.

This policy ensures there is no crossover between dogs from different bookings, helping maintain a safe and controlled environment for all visitors.

Customers must not arrive early and must vacate the facility promptly at the end of their session.

Late arrival will not extend the booking time, and sessions will always finish at the originally scheduled time.

If you wish to book a longer session, you may reserve two consecutive booking slots. Booking two slots will provide approximately 55 minutes of active play time, while still allowing time between bookings for safe entry, exit and cleaning.

2A. Parking & Arrival

On-site car parking is available for customers visiting Zoomeze Dog Play Zone.

Parking spaces are clearly marked with signage displaying “WALKEZE / ZOOMEZE – Park Here.”

Customers are asked to use these designated spaces when visiting the facility.

Please ensure vehicles are parked considerately and do not block access routes, neighbouring units, or other business operations within the industrial estate.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through the official Zoomeze Dog Play Zone booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

All bookings are non-refundable, including situations where customers miss their allocated time slot.

If you are unable to attend your booking, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session in order for rescheduling to be considered.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time, or failure to attend the session, will result in forfeiture of the booking and payment.

Zoomeze Dog Play Zone reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.

4. Number of Dogs

Each standard booking includes up to 2 dogs.

Additional dogs may be added during the booking process for an additional fee.

The maximum number of dogs permitted per booking is 10.

The person making the booking must ensure they are capable of maintaining full control of all dogs attending the session.

5. Owner Responsibility

All dogs attending Zoomeze Dog Play Zone remain the full responsibility of their owner or handler at all times.

Owners must:

Maintain control of their dogs at all times
Supervise their dogs while using the play equipment
Ensure their dogs behave safely around people and property

Zoomeze Dog Play Zone accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage occurring during use of the facility.

6. Dog Behaviour

Dogs attending Zoomeze Dog Play Zone must not display aggressive behaviour towards people.

Owners must ensure their dogs are:

healthy and fit for exercise
suitable for a play environment
safe to handle and supervise

Zoomeze Dog Play Zone reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog considered unsafe.

7. Vaccinations & Health

Owners must ensure their dogs:

are up to date with vaccinations
are free from contagious illness
are not suffering from conditions that may put other dogs at risk

Dogs showing signs of illness must not attend the facility.

8. Cleaning & Waste

Owners must clean up after their dogs during their visit in order to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all visitors.

Cleaning equipment and waste disposal facilities are provided on site. This includes a mop and bucket, a commercial dog waste bin located outside the front door, clean water bowls, and access to fresh drinking water for dogs.

Customers are expected to leave the play area in a clean condition before the end of their session.

Failure to clean up after dogs may result in:

refusal of future bookings
additional cleaning charges

9. Damage to Equipment or Property

Any damage caused to equipment, facilities or property by a customer or their dog may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the responsible customer.

All equipment must be used safely and appropriately.

10. Use of Equipment

All play equipment is used entirely at the owner’s risk.

Owners must supervise their dogs when using equipment to ensure their safety.

Zoomeze Dog Play Zone accepts no liability for injury resulting from misuse of equipment.

11. Liability Waiver

By entering the premises and using the facility, customers acknowledge and accept that:

dogs may behave unpredictably
physical activity carries inherent risks
Zoomeze Dog Play Zone cannot be held responsible for injuries to dogs, owners, visitors or property

Use of the facility is entirely at the customer's own risk.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session at Zoomeze Dog Play Zone, customers confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
